This information collection implements
two provisions of of the Trafficking Victims Protection
Reauthorization Act (TVPRA) of 2003 which (1) prohibit any Federal
funds appropriated under the TVPA, Pub. L. 106-386, and the TVPRA
of 2003 from being used to promote, support, or advocate
prostitution.
