NOTE: All groups will have a mix of participants on the following characteristics:

• Gender (no more than two-thirds of one gender)

• Racial/ethnic background (at least 3 Hispanic or non-white)

• Age

• Education level

• Experience/comfort level with computers

Groups that are not homogenous with respect to HMO coverage will have at least 2 persons covered by either Medicare or Medicaid, and at least one persons without health insurance.
