Please record stocks of apples in your refrigerated storage. By law (Section 1770 Food Security Act of 1985) your report to us is confidential and may be used only for statistical purposes. Your cooperation will provide useful information to you and other apple producers. Please mail your report back in the enclosed postage paid envelope. Thank you for your cooperation.








Please make corrections to name, address and Zip Code, if necessary.

INSTRUCTIONS:

UNIT OF REPORT:

Report either boxes or bushels. Specify average weight of boxes or bushels.

REFRIGERATED STORAGE:

Reports are needed for all storages, public or private, which are artificially cooled to 50 degrees or lower, where food commodities are normally stored for 30 days or more. Includes apples packed or loose, in boxes, cartons, crates, baskets and bulk. Convert bin and pallet boxes to box equivalents or pounds.


STOCKS ON HAND:

Report total stocks held under refrigeration in this storage at the end of the month, regardless or ownership or length of time held. Do not include stocks held elsewhere. Include fruit held for all purposes, (fresh and processing) regardless of ownership.
