This information collection
contains an adjustment from the previous submission under OMB
Control Number 3060-0833, insofar as it does not account for
burdens associated with section 6.18(b) of the Commissions rules,
concerning collection from telecommunications manufacturers and
service providers of designated agent contact information.
Commission staff has been advised by OMB staff that collection of
information pursuant to section 6.18(b) falls under one of the PRA
exceptions, contained at 5 CFR § 1320.3(h). Also, the Commission
re-evaluated the calculation of its total annual burden hours and
total annual cost burden for this information collection which also
contributed to adjustments to this information collection. There
are no program changes to the information collection.
