Justification: We need an emergency extension for the following reasons: 1. The Small Business Administration has several minor changes to the application and approximately 2 additional pages of notices. 2. We need additional time to work on numerous issues raised by Ex-Im Bank's desk officer. 3. We need additional time for both agencies to work together in resolving the issues, to improve the flow and design of the application, and to put the revised form through its application clearance process.
