extension is approved for 3 years. Before resubmission of this ICR
for renewal, the Agency should update estimates of burden cost
associated with non-Agency respondent activities taking care to
assign overhead and wage rates consistent with Agency and BLS
guidelines. Further, the Agency is encouraged to solicit additional
industry consultations if possible to ensure that estimates of
burden are representative of industry experience.

required to provide EPA's lead hazard information pamphlet to
owners and occupants before beginning renovations for compensation.
Renovators are also required to reveal the nature and extent of
renovations in common areas of multifamily housing to occupants
prior to beginning renovations for compensation.
