ATR grantees will report financial and
outcomes data on a quarterly basis. Financial data will be used to
monitor costs and ensure that funds are being used for appropriate
and intended purposes. Outcome data will be used to measure the
success of clinical treatment and recovery support services and
measure the success of the voucher program.
Currently, there are 81,318
total burden hours for this data collection. The Program is
requesting 81,627 burden hours, an increase of 309 hours. This
increase is due to a program change that is the result of the GPRA
tool that takes about 5 minutes longer to complete than the former
ATR data collection instrument.
