Part II was deleted since the allowable credit is now computed on Form 3800.
We adjusted the filing figures to reflect the migration of filers to the Form 3800 and an error on ROCIS.
We adjusted the total number of line items to correct a previous miscalculation.
The above changes result in a net decrease of 192,191 burden hours. Total burden is 104,160 hours.
