Other changes** Forms, HUD-90036 “Application to Participate” and 90038 “Homeownership Counseling Certificate” are obsolete are no longer required. Form HUD-90035 will change with an added paragraph advising of Tax consequences, but not requiring any new information collection. The reduction of the two forms will result in less information collection activity and therefore we are reducing the number of hours.
