Sec. 1018 of the residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act requires home sellers and landlords to disclose known informaion on lead-based paint and lead-based paint hazards before selling pre-1978 housing, and directs EPA and HUD to issue joint regulations to require this disclosure. This ICR covers information collection requirements found in both the EPA regulations at 40 CFR 745, Subpart F and the HUD regulations at 24 CFR 35, Subpart H.
