This ICR is
approved consistent with NIH agreement to include questions on the
application to better estimate the time it takes applicants to
complete this application. As per email of 1-8-08, NIH proposes to
include questions like "How long did it take you to read and
comprehend the application directions? How long did it take you to
read and comprehend the frequently asked questions? How long did it
take you to complete and submit the GPP Application?" When this ICR
is next renewed, NIH agrees to analyze these responses and, if
necessary, revise the burden estimates associated with this ICR. In
addition, NIH proposes to use an online form to collect the
feedback data from applicants invited for interviews. NIH shall
ensure that the OMB control number, expiration date, and standard
PRA blurb is included on that online survey.
