The purpose of this memo is to provide information pertaining to the terms of clearance for 0915-0140, the Nursing Education Loan Repayment Program. In November of 2004, this package was approved with the following terms of clearance: HRSA will include burden hours associated with the semi-annual employment verification form in its next submission. At the time of the 2004 clearance, HRSA’s Desk Officer allowed an increase in the burden hours to include burden for the semi-annual employment verification form. The package that we are currently submitting also includes burden for this form as required by the terms of clearance.
