Security, Privacy and Accessibility Notice for the Web Based Frequency Coordination Website
Monitoring Statement
For site management, information is collected for statistical purposes. This government computer system uses software
programs to create summary statistics, which are used for such purposes as assessing what information is of most and least
interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas.
Except for authorized law enforcement investigations, no other attempts are made to identify individual users or their usage
habits.
For security purposes, and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, this government computer system
employs software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information or to
otherwise cause damage, including attempts to deny service to authorized users.
Attempts to upload or change information on this service without authorization or to download and copy with the intent to
defraud are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and the National
Information Infrastructure Protection Act.
Cookie Policy
This site accomplishes user authentication, via the utilization of per-session cookies. Per-session cookies are non-persistent,
meaning they are written to the browser memory not the hard drive. A non-persistent cookie only exists for the duration of the
browser session and is "destroyed" when the user exits the browser program.
The Webcoord site uses non-persistent cookies to track that you have LOGGED-ON to the protected area of the web site. For
this reason we ask the web site users to enable the "Accept Cookies" option in their preferred browsers. If you decline cookies,
you will have difficulty accessing most of the pages of the Webcoord Protected Area. Webcoord Pages only use cookies to
retrieve session information, that was originated by this site.

Voluntary Collection
Submission of data through this website is voluntary and is not a requirement for obtaining permission to operate in the
desired frequency. If an individual or station desires, they can go through with the FCC process, but it may take considerably
longer to coordinate and approve.
