Information is used in eligibility and
feasibility determinations on borrowers' requests for disaster
set-aside; primary loan servicing (reamortization, rescheduling,
deferral, write down and conservation contractos), buyout at market
value, and homestead protection, as well as liquidation of
security.
The information collections
applicable to FLP currently are approved under control numbers
0560-0160, 0560-0161, 0560-0164, 0560-0251, 0575-0147, and
0575-0172. As a result of the final rule, we are creating new
requests and eliminating these collections. This collection
replaces existing approvals that totaled 15,680 hours. The new
request reflects a decrease 0f 7,166 hours due to adjustments in
response time and number of respondents. It also represents a 677
hour increase the total burden hours for FLP. The majority of this
increase is attributed to the addition of existing information
collections that are currently unapproved.
