Short Statement: The information collections applicable to FLP currently are approved under control numbers 0560-0160, 0560-0161, 0560-0164, 0560-0251, 0575-0147, and 0575-0172. As a result of the final rule, we are creating new requests and eliminating these collections. This collection replaces existing approvals that totaled 15,680 hours. The new request reflects a decrease 0f 7,166 hours due to adjustments in response time and number of respondents. It also represents a 677 hour increase the total burden hours for FLP. The majority of this increase is attributed to the addition of existing information collections that are currently unapproved.
