2. Date range of the report: First and last dates of the calendar year
DESIGNATED JOHNE'S COORDINATOR
PURPOSE: To provide the current contact for each State. If there is a co-coordinator, list them along with their contact information too.
3. Name: the name of the current designated Johne's disease coordinator.
4. Address: mailing and shipping address for the current designated Johne's d isease coordinator.
5. Phone: phone number for the current designated Johne's disease coordinator .
6. E-mail: the E-mail address for the current designated Johne's disease coor dinator.

PROGRAM ACTIVITY

20. State Beef Cow Population: Estimate of the cow population in the State. To be counted as a cow, it needs to have calved in the past 12 months.
