The purpose of the survey questionnaire to determine the number of hours and resources required of state and local agencies to conduct the State Review Framework. The data collected will help to assess the resource burden on respondents during the first round of the State Review Framework. The data will also help to assess the potential resource burdens for the next round of the State Review Framework.
