Other change** (1) For the Personnel Development to Improve Services and Results for Children with
Disabilities-Preparation of Leadership Personnel competition only, the point value of the EDGAR selection
criteria has been redistributed . (2) For the Technical Assistance and Dissemination to Improve Services and
Results for Children with Disabilities program, the original OMB approved set of EDGAR selected technical
assistance criteria is not comprehensive enough to cover evaluation activities for all of our competitions .
Therefore, additional evaluation selection criteria from the EDGAR menu have been added to two sets of
technical assistance criteria -- One set for competitions that will use our FY 2008 OSEP funded Evaluation
Center ; and one set for competitions that will not use our OSEP funded Evaluation Center .
