Non-Substantive Change Request to Add Hours and Responses to ETA-9130

JUSTIFICATION FOR CHANGE

August 10, 2007: Non-Substantive Change to OMB 1205-0461, Form ETA- 9130

Beginning with the reporting quarter ending September 30, 2007, ETA will collect information on Form 9130 which has formerly been collected on Forms ETA 9076 A through F and approved under OMB control number 1205-0408. Upon OMB approval of this change request for 1205-0461, the Department will discontinue OMB number 1205-0408. Accordingly, the burden inventory for OMB No. 1205-0408 should be transferred to OMB NO. 1205-0461. The new burden inventory for OMB No. 1205-0461 will be as follows:
