Researchers will contact community residents and will evaluate concern about fire and fire risk, knowledge about fire, salient values, trust, objectives and alternatives for fire managment, future orientation, and sociodemographics. This information will be helpful in managing fire education and information programs, continuing public collaboration efforts, and in the selection of fire management and risk mitigation strategies.
