This
form must be completed by owners/management agents of all Section
8 properties that have undergone a MAHRA renewal. The revised
worksheet includes a row into which the owners can enter the
Operating Cost Adjustment Factors (OCAF). The worksheet is
also being prepared in an electronic format. The new worksheet
will make necessary calculations automatically. HUD wishes to add
instructions to clarify the input required.
