You must first establish an account in order to access RRB Internet services. To establish
an account, follow steps 1 and 2.

1. Go to Box 1 to request a Password Request Code (PRC). A PRC will be sent by US
Mail to your address of record.

2. Go to Box 2 when you receive your PRC. Use the PRC to establish your
PINIPassword account.

Once you receive your PRC and establish your account, you never need to click on Box 1
or 2 again. You perform steps 1 and 2 only one time. Go to Box 3 for all future access to
our online services.
