Justification for Non-Substantive Change
The Commission released a Second Order on Reconsideration and Second Report and Order, In the Matter of Children’s Television Obligations of Digital Television Broadcasters, MM Docket No. 00-167, FCC 06-143 on September 29, 2006.
The Commission submitted the information collection requirements in this R&O to OMB at the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking stage on May 23, 2005. OMB approved the information collection requirements (3060-0750) on July 27, 2005. The Report and Order adopts the information collection requirements, as proposed.
The Commission is now submitting the Report and Order OMB’s records/files.
