The FMCSA is proposing to revise this IC due to program changes set forth in a Final Rule entitled "Amendments to Implement Certain Provisions of the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Act." The decreased in burden hours resulted from adjusted calculations reflecting the decrease number of State inspections performed due to requirements in the final rule. The program increase is due to the breakout of the burden hours of two ICs.
