submit individual generic clearances under this generic clearance
to OMB. NIH will keep a running tally of burden hours under this
collection and will submit a current burden estimate of total
burden hours used with each individual submission. Upon
resubmission NIH will report to OMB on both the results of
individual survey instruments under this generic clearance and any
changes made by NIH related to survey results. Upon resubmission,
NIH will also ensure that all attachments referenced in the
supporting statement are submitted as part of the ICR package.

"pages" and their related information, services, and materials may
be made user-friendly and more responsive to customer
needs.
