Approved
consistent with the following terms of clearance. Approved for one
year during which time OMB strongly encourages VA to develop
electronic means for respondents to complete and submit the forms
associated with this collection. Due to the large number of annual
responses providing an electronic system for reporting may
significantly decrease the burden on respondents. In the next
submission of this collection to OMB VA will specifically address
the feasibility of providing an electronic version of forms
addressing such issues as the estimated cost, anticipated time
savings and a timetable for completing the transition to electronic
reporting.
