Explanation for Change to TTB F 5620.8
Presently TTB F 5620.8 has 2 parts. Part I is completed by the public and Part II is completed by TTB. TTB is requesting approval to separate Part I and Part II and make them into 2 separate forms. Part I will be the public version (TTB F 5620.8) and Part II will be an internal form (TTB F 5620.8i), for TTB use only. Since no information is being added, there will not be a change in the burden.
