APPLICATION FOR DESIGNATION OF A FAIR
For entry of articles under provision of the Trade Fair Act 1959
INSTRUCTIONS: Fill out and forward two copies, properly executed, to the Department of Commerce, International Buyers Program
Room 2107, 1401 Constitution Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20230. Send one copy to the nearest Department of
Commerce District Office. Each question should be answered or appropriate explanation given, When space provided
is not sufficient attach seperate sheet and refer to item as listed.
Application is hereby made for designation of the fair named below for the privilege of duty-free entry of articles for exhibition persuant to the Trade
Fair Act of 1959
