tests must make records available to government representatives.
These records are used to insure that payment of benefits under the
education programs VA administers have been made
correctly.
OMB desk officer
requested VA to withdraw the ICR and resubmitted for an emergency
approval. Once approved, VA will resubmit the ICR through the
normal process. VA's OMB desk officer waived the 30-day Federal
Register notice.
