All pages being replaced for any reason have a new footer label: “Edition: July 2007”
Three categories of revisions are being made.
(1) Some pages are being replaced because of changes to the substance of the Community Rating System. These are summarized in the section “Substantive Revisions,” below.
(2) Some pages are being replaced to correct a typographical error or to update an address, phone number, URL, table of contents, summary box, glossary, or list of acronyms.
(3) All Activity Worksheets (AWs) are being replaced to show the new OMB expiration date. (some have substantive changes as well).
(4) Some pages are being replaced only because they were assigned new page numbers when a substantive revision altered the pagination in the rest of the section.
(5) Some pages are being replaced because they are adjacent to a page with a substantive or pagination revision (for back-to-back printing).
