COR has received hundreds of
complaints from inmates at two large Department of Corrections
(DOC) and referrals from other agencies alleging discrimination
based on race in DOC's programs and services. Many of the
complainants sent in multiple complaints.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies

1320.8(b)(3).
