expedite the collection of information concerning the inspection
status of plant sites that produce unscheduled discrete organic
chemicals (UDOCs). Correct identification of the inspection status
of UDOC facilities at the beginning of the calendar year will
minimize the inspection burden on facilities that should not be
inspected.
