This informaiton collection directed by 10 USC 2705 is necessary to identify products or services requested by community members of Restoration Advisory Boards (RABs) or Technical Review Committees (TRCs) to aid in their partiicipation in DOD's environmental restoration program and to meet congressional reporting requirements. The information will be used to determine eligibility of the proposed project, begin the procurement process to obtain the requested products or services, and determine the satisfaction of the community members of the RABs and TRCs receiving the products or services.
