This is a new collection of information. Commerce is charged with monitoring and administering the export limits for each sub-region defined by the Agreement. In order to effectively administer this Agreement, Commerce must collect and provide timely aggregated summaries about imports of cement from Mexico to each sub-region. If a violation occurs, Commerce will consult with the Government of Mexico concerning the repercussions of the violation, which could include the termination of the Agreement and resumption of litigation.
