changed regulations, not a decrease. Also, there were burden
changes due to both program changes and adjusted estimates. I've
made these corrections in the ICR. In the future, kindly check ICRs

With this final rule, FRA is
amending Passenger Equipment Safety Standards (49 CFR 238). The
total burden has decreased by 1,364 hours. The decrease is due to
both program changes and adjustments. Specifically, program changes
increased the burden by 252 hours while adjustments decreased the
burden by 1,616 hours.
