Please report stocks in the refrigerated storage shown on the label. All individual reports are confidential and will be used only for statistical purposes to be published in the April 22nd Cold Storage Report. Response to this survey is voluntary and not required by law. However, your report will provide useful information to warehousemen, your customers and others marketing our National food supplies. Please note the instructions before preparing the report. Return one copy of this report in the enclosed envelope which requires no stamp. Thank you for your assistance.

INSTRUCTIONS

Refrigerated Storage: Reports are needed for all storages, public or private, which are artificially cooled to 50 degrees F. or lower, where food commodities are normally stored for 30 days or more.

Stocks On Hand: Report stocks held under refrigeration in this storage at the end of the month, regardless of ownership or length of time held. Do not include stocks held elsewhere. Include fruit held for processing regardless of ownership.
