to safeguard vessels, ports and waterfront facilities from sabotage
or terrorist acts. This information will be used to control vessel
traffic, develop contingency plans, enforce regulations, and
enhance maritime security. Respondents are operators of barges
loaded w/certain dangerous cargoes.
The change in burden is an
adjustment due to change in the number of vessel transits.
