Student Support Services Program grantees must submit the report annually. The reports are used to evaluate grantees' performance, and to award prior experience point at the end of each project (budget) period. The Department also aggregates the data to provide descriptive information on the projects and to analyze the impact of the Student Support Services Program on the academic progress of participating students.
