Financial Reporting Requirements for
all ETA programs currently reporting on the SF 269 will report on
form ETA 9130 instead. The most significant features are the
requirements to include federal cash data and administrative
expenditures on this quarterly financial reporting form. Software
containing revised data elements will be provided to all grantees
required to submit the U.S. DOL ETA-9130 for electronic
reporting.

Pub.L. 106 - 107 8 Name of Law: Federal Financial Assistance
Management Improvement Act of 1999
The most significant features,
the inclusion of federal cash data and administrative expenditures,
will eliminate the requirement to submit any other cash transaction
forms. The extension in report submittal time from 30 to 45 days
will allow more time for ETA funds recipients to incorporate
subrecipient data. Also, only cumulative data is required to be
submitted, thus reducing workload overall. This program change,
once implemented, will reduce ETA's SF269 burden hour needs
accordingly.
