the next submission for this information collection (but no earlier
than twelve months from this clearance), FDIC shall explore
alternatives to the use of individuals' social security numbers on
this form. The next such submission shall report on the outcome of
this exploration, including any change in the form. Following the
current ROCIS practice, the next submission shall of course refer
to the Federal Register notice for this collection under the
Privacy Act. Additionally, for the next such submission the form
shall contain the control number, a statement of the consequences
of the failure to display a currently valid control number, and an
estimate of the time to complete. As appropriate, the form shall
additionally include a Privacy Act notice.
