In accordance
with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection is approved for three
years. The burden hours have been adjusted to reflect only the
burden associated with initial rule familiarization and state
requests to use their containment regulations in lieu of Federal
regulations. These are the only burdens that will be imposed during
the course of this approval. Upon resubmission, the agency should
revise their estimates to reflect the burden imposed in 2009 and
beyond because of compliance requirements.
