The National Fire Academy Course
Evaluation form is used to evaluate the effectiveness of all
resident and regional delivery courses. The form is primarily used
to assess the effectiveness of course materials, instructor
delivery and physical location. The demographic information is used
in developing needs assessments and identifying the student
population's representation.
FF 95-20 has been modified to
accommodate all types of courses previously capture via FF 95-45
approved under OMB 1660-0031 that was discontinued on 11/30/05. All
data elements in FF 95-20 remained the same. Moddification to the
revised FF 95-20 are highlighted in the attached IC document.
