The OGE Form 201 collects identifying
information from requesters provides for indication of records, and
contains a statement of prohibited uses as required under the
Ethics in Government Act and implementing OGE regulations for
access to SF 278s and other covered records. Requesters are mostsly
members of the public, particularly representatives of the news
media, public interest groups and private citizens, with some
federal agencies and employees.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
