The Emergency Preparedness Plan Survey
will be used by HUD to determine the degree of readiness of public
housing agencies (PHAs) and Tribe/Tribally Designated Housing
Entities (TDHEs) in the case of a natural disaster. HUD will
provide pertinent information and technical assistance to establish
viable and executable Emergency Preparedness Plans to PHAs and
Tribes/TDHEs.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
