Regulation of Fuel and Fuel
Additives: Refiner and Importer Quality Assurance Requirements for
Downstream Oxygen Blending and Requirements for Disposition of
Pipeline Interfaces.
This proposed ICR covers burdens and
costs associated with proposed regulatory changes for transmix
processing and blending and for alternative methods of conducting
quality assurance testing at downstream oxygen blending facilities.
These proposed changes grant flexibiity to regulated industry, but
do require some additional reporting burden in order to monitor
their compliance.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
