This collection describes crab
economic data reports (EDRs) required under regulations at 50 CFR
part 680 for participants of the crab rationalization (CR)
fisheries in the Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands Management Area
(BSAI). The CR Program is a limited access system that balances the
interests of several groups who depend on the CR fisheries and
allocates BSAI crab resources among harvesters, processors, and
Alaska coastal communities. Revisions have been incorporated into
each of the annual EDR forms, based on comments received from
participants who submitted historical EDRs in 2004. This action
