Abstract: Sections 704(m)(4), 706(d)(3), and 725(c) of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended (Act) and corresponding program regulations in 34 CFR oarts 364m 365, and 366 require centers for independent living. Statewide Independent Living Councils and Designated State Units supported unter Parts B and C of Chapter 1 of Title Vii of the Act to submit to the Secretary of Education (Secretary annual performance information and identity training and technical assistance needs.
