Approved for 12
months to allow for the revision of the MOU on ERISA between SSA
and IRS. OMB fully expects that the two agencies will have worked
to achieve resolution of the outstanding issues by that time. The
revised package submitted to OMB will address comments received in
response to the 60-day notice published in the Federal Register
notice and will maximize the practical utility of the collection
and minimize its burden.
