SRI International and Policy Studies
Associates have been contracted by the U.S. Department of
Education's Policy and Program Studies Service to conduct an
evaluation to examine quality programming considering the current
research base, program structure and the academic content. SRI and
PSA will collect survey and qualitative data to assess the quality
of practice in a vareity of 21st CCLC centers. The findings from
this evaluation will provide a comprehensive picture of how 21st
CCLC programs are being implementing under NCLB for students who
attend underperforming schools....
