The regulations in 7 CFR Part 319
prohibit or restrict the importation of certain plants and plant
products into the US to prevent the introduction of plant pests and
noxious weeds. The regs contained in "Subpart-Nursery Stock,
Plants, Roots, Bulbs, Seeds, and Other Plant Products" (sections
319.37 - 319.37.14) restrict, among other things, the import of
living plants, plant parts, and seeds for propagation.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
