Abstract: This information is needed to review and evaluate the financial, physical, and mangerial adequacy of multifamily housing, retirement service centers, and nursing homes with multimillion dollar coinsured loans when in a potentially troubled status. The information will be used to minimize risks, and to protect these assets and the Government's interest. The respondents are approved mortgagees, mortgagors, and managing agents.
